Simply click the “Start Here” menu at the top of the website to upload your own photo or digital artwork. From there you will be able to crop (if needed), choose your print type, your finished size and finishing (if any). A price will be populated for you, and if you have a coupon code, you can enter it on the checkout screen. Our current limitations allow us to print up to 44” on the shortest side of any art print. Stretched, 1.5” gallery wrapped canvas can be finished up to 39” on the shortest side. Canvas prints that will be framed (3/4” gallery wrap) can be finished up to 40” on the shortest side.
Yes! We do offer a file interpolation service: Creating a larger image (higher resolution) out of a photo that has less than desirable resolution. Limitations apply.

We work with TIFF and JPEG files. TIFF files with LZW compression are preferred and will preserve the most data in a digital file. All TIFF files should be flattened (no layers.) JPEG files use compression to save space and may cause images with large areas of a similar color (i.e. photos with blue sky or large bodies of water) to create banding on the print.
Do not convert your RGB images to CMYK. Our in-house processor will work best with RGB files.
Adobe RGB (8 bit) is preferred and will allow the widest gamut of color to be printed. Be sure to embed your color space profile if you are saving a file in Photoshop.
By clicking the “L/P” button when uploading your file, it will change the configuration of the bounding box from Landscape (wider than taller) to Portrait (taller than wider) and back again if clicked again.
Prints are never touched by bare human hands.
Since our standard of quality is very high, your K Bella Art Print order goes through many steps to ensure quality. Once your order is received, it is “pre-flighted” to check for resolution that is compatible with the final print size, as well as overall file integrity. After pre-flight, the files are sent to our layout station and rip software. Production begins at that point, and then your K Bella Print lands in fulfillment where it is trimmed and finished as requested. Once finished, quality control looks everything over to make sure your K Bella Print has been produced to our rigorous standards. At this point, your K Bella Print is shipped to you. We typically require a minimum of 5-7 days for the steps described above. There are exceptions and cases where more time will be needed to ensure quality.
We reserve the right to use the shipping provider we choose, unless you are expediting your order and are paying for expedited shipping.
There is a small window of time between submitting an order and an order entering production (typically around 30 minutes). This is the only time an order may be cancelled. Once in production, cancellation will not be an option. If you need to change something about your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
While we don’t offer refunds or returns because of the customized nature of the products we sell, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We stand by our work and guarantee it to be correct or we will rectify any issue at our expense. If at any time you are unsatisfied with your K Bella Print, just contact us and let us know what we can do to make things right. Quality and customer service are our top priorities!
Our coupon codes apply to the cost of your order before tax and shipping. Simply add your coupon code into the coupon code box upon checkout. Only one discount or coupon code per order.
